Serves 2

INGREDIENTS

6 Irish sausages, halved
1 tin mixed beans
1 tin chopped tomatoes
3 cloves of garlic, crushed and chopped
1 onion, chopped
Oil
Cheese to sprinkle
Bread on the side, buttered

METHOD

1. Heat oil and cook garlic and onions until soft.
2. Add sausages and cook until they start to brown.
3. Add beans and chopped tomatoes and let boil.
4. Once boiled let simmer until reduced to desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve with bread.
