Smokey Chips Recipe

Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
2 potatoes
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp paprika
Salt and pepper
2 tsp oregano
METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 180C. 
2. Slice the potatoes into 1cm long strips. 
3. Add the oil, paprika, salt and pepper and oregano and mix until the potatoes are evenly coated in the seasoning. 
4. Add the chips to a baking tray covered with tin foil, evenly space out.
5. Cook the chips for 30-35 minutes, turning roughly 20 minutes in. 
6.  Serve immediately.
